IRL is affiliated with artist and producer management company Spirit Music & Media Ltd. Spirit’s artist roster includes Damien Dempsey, The Wonder Stuff, We Start Fires, Without Thought, Ghostland, Justin Adams, Miles Hunt, The Frantic, Louis Eliot.  Spirit also manage the careers of producers/songwriters John Reynolds, Jonny Male, Tim Dorney, and Jonny Bull.
